Monthly Royalty Payments
P Tune Studio provides detailed royalty reports and payments once a month, within 45 days of the end of each calendar month. This means your income is accurately calculated and paid in a timely, consistent manner.
Why does track-linking take 4–6 weeks?
When transferring from another distributor, we recommend allowing four to six weeks for the system to properly track-link your releases.
This time helps:
- Preserve your existing stream counts and playlist placements
- Maintain your search ranking and visibility across platforms
- Avoid temporary dips in radio and algorithmic streams—especially on Spotify
Skipping this process may result in lost metadata or reduced visibility, so patience truly pays off here.
Who pays royalties during the track-linking period?
While your release is still linking to our system, your previous distributor remains responsible for paying royalties earned during that time.
Once your former distributor issues takedowns and your content becomes live under P Tune Studio, we take full responsibility for royalty collection and payments.
